Bought a pound of coffee and didn't realize it was whole bean. Don't have a grinder. Want a burr grinder, not one of the blade grinders. Bur grinders run between $5-$150 and I'm broke. So I get to werk + the coffeepot throws up on me. Too tired to make another pot, so today it's cowboy coffee.

angel falls (your old home, marc) has a rather nice burr grinder i'm perpetually eyeing when i'm in there. i had forgotten how good coffee is when it's fresh from the hopper.

somehow cowboy coffee seems like it's keeping more in line with the "authenticity of the land" out there in MT. or some such nonsense.

and really, i did the tally and it only came to like, two or three cups per day. on a regular NEO day i think i average slightly higher than that.

"Authenticity of the land". Hurumph. Cowboy coffee's only good on cold nights around the campfire, rolling your own cigerettes and someone humming low on a harmonica while thehobbled horses bray quietly in the meadow.

How much is the grinder @ Fallen Angels?
